You’ll receive one-on-one mentorship, coaching sessions and access to career opportunities following the course.

We’ve teamed up with City & Guilds to offer free online learning courses for Deliveroo riders and substitutes, meaning you are eligible for Government adult education funding to fully or partially cover the cost of a City & guilds course of your choosing.

New employers sometimes ask for proof of your previous work. Through the Rider Academy, Deliveroo can provide an information pack for your new employer - this will include details of when your rider account was opened, and, if needed, your recent earnings. You can also use this pack when you want to rent or buy a new house.
It’s important to note that you need to request this from us, as we are unable to provide information packs to any third parties directly.
